Be Careful: Your Body Alerts These 6 Symptoms One Month Before A Heart Attack!

Technically, a heart attack happens when the flow of oxygen-rich blood to a section of heart muscle suddenly becomes blocked, and the heart begins to die due to the lack of oxygen. If the blood isn’t restored quickly, that section of the heart muscle begins to die. And if immediate help is not provided, it can cause death.

That is why we should be aware of this six signs, and we can prevent the heart attack before it happens.

1. EXTREME FATIGUE
One of the premature signs of a heart attack is extreme fatigue. Fatigue is normal after physical activities or a stressful day, but if you are experiencing constant fatigue you may need to check your heart health. If you have eaten, have sufficient amount of sleep and haven’t done something special, and still have the fatigue, it is not normal.

2. SLEEP DISTURBANCES
Another sign of premature heart attack is sleep disturbances. This can be a way of your subconscious letting you know that things are not right. If you are waking up frequently to use the restroom, or drink water, or simply woken for no reason at all, you need to see a doctor.

3. SHORTNESS OF BREATH
A key indicator of having heart issues can be shortened breath. If your heart is not receiving a sufficient amount of oxygen, it can make your breath short.

4. INDIGESTION
Another premature indicator of a heart attack is indigestion. If you are having constantly a rumbling stomach that is not normal for sure. However, if you have consumed spicy or irritating foods, indigestion is normal.

5. WEAKNESS
When your body becomes weak, all of a sudden it is because the arteries becoming more narrow are not allowing blood circulation properly. Your muscles aren’t getting what they need, and this could cause you to fall even for what may seem like at first no reason to be especially careful.

6. ARMS FEEL WEAK OR HEAVY
This happens when your heart is not getting enough oxygen, it sends out impulses t spine. All the nerves that run from the heart to the spine branch off into the arms and could cause a sensation of pain.

If one of your arms goes numb, you might be in the process of having a heart attack!
