You need:

  • 50 plain yoghurt
  • 3 bags black tea,
  • tea spoon of cinnamon

Preparation:
– put the water to boil
– add all the ingredients except the yogurt
– let the liquid cool down
– strain
– add the yogurt

  • 80 ml water
  • 170 ml milk
  • teaspoon of ginger
  • teaspoon of cinnamon
  • teaspoon of curry.

Preparation:
– add the spices in hot water,
– let it cool
– add the milk
– stir until you get a smooth liquid.

Use:
– drink it every night before you go to sleep.
